Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All standard UK orders are processed within 3 to 5 business

days with a shipping cost of £5.00.

Allow (8 to 20 days) for International Shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the the destination. Costs too will be dependent on individual international destinations.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including V.A.T.), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Proud Sista Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with the shipping reference for your order. If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at proudsistarecords@gmail.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal problems are outside of our control.

For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. However, you will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.

If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed.

Any unauthorised returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will unfortunately be forfeited.
